**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Manage inventory levels, including buying and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
- Monitor scheduling expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including buying, selling, and negotiating.
- Familiarity with scheduling and working within a supplied budget.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Ability to work within a close leadership team environment

Pay: $25.50-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
