**Working Arrangement**

This position is responsible for providing administrative support, with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment to the Chair of the Manulife Financial Corporation Board. This position assists the Board Chair in coordinating high-priority deliverables, handling contending priorities and ensuring effective time management.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Sophisticated calendar management, with multiple internal and external collaborators.
- Interact with board members and all levels of management using tact and subtlety in all dealings.
- Proactively prepare for upcoming meetings by planning and capturing required information and materials (e.g., presentations and reports).
- Proactively handle agendas by proactively handling topics, objectives and timely material distribution.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules. Prepare detailed travel itinerary and look to save costs by adhering to corporate guidelines, policy, and processes.
- Prepare and submit expenses through collating receipts, entering expense reports on Concur and reviewing Amex bills;
- Maintain filing of various internal and external reports, correspondence files, and binders

**What we are looking for**
- 8-10+ years’ experience in an Executive Administrative or Project Coordinator role
- P ost-secondary diploma or degree in a business-related field
- Excellent interpersonal, professional and diplomacy skills with a high comfort level in dealing with board members, senior management and individuals at all levels in the organization
- Excellent ability to communicate ideas orally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational, time management and priority setting skills
- Solid understanding of Windows, MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with all types of corporate administrative systems (Workday, Concur, Service Now)
- Proven track record to prioritize, show initiative, and anticipate needs in a proactive manner
- Ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgement.
- Demonstrate tact and professionalism and maintains confidentiality
- Strong dedication to quality

**Salary & Benefits**

The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of Toronto, Ontario is expected to be between $51,525.00 CAD - $85,875.00 CAD.
