**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively generate leads and follow up on prospects to close sales.
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and customized solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term satisfaction and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Self-motivated individuals with a passion for renewable energy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales (experience in solar is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.

Pay: $899.73-$4,737.13 per week

Additional pay:
