**Company Description**

I'm a FMCG consultant working for a Chinese food distributor in BC, Canada. We're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join us as Entry-Level Sales Representative. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with our company and build a rewarding career in sales.

Job Role:

- Execute sales and merchandising plans within a designated territory of retail stores (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with store managers and staff.
- Ensure perfect product placement, visibility, and availability on shelves.
- Implement promotional activities and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor stock levels and provide feedback on competitor activity.
- Strive to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- A recent graduate OR someone with 0-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (any field).
- A passion for people and a fantastic, positive attitude.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Willing to travel within Western Canada region.

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
