**SUMMARY**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Night Audit Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of hotel guests, associates, and property during overnight hours (11pm to 7am).

The Night Audit Supervisor will be responsible for managing the hotel's front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional guest service. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee safety and security of hotel guests, associates, and property during overnight hours.
- Contribute to the teamwork atmosphere within the hotel and ensure quality service in collaboration with the Guest Services, Accounting, and Management team.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Assist with training and development of Night Audit team members.
- Ensure accurate communication of information regarding guest requests to all relevant departments.
- Check in and check out guests efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Reconcile and balance all accounts for the day, ensuring accurate and complete financial records.
- Prepare and distribute daily management reports, including the daily revenue report and other key financial summaries.
- Process and verify payments, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment securely and accurately.
- Monitor the security of the hotel, ensuring all doors are locked and the property is secure.
- Conduct regular property walks to ensure safety and security standards are met.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and follow established protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in hotel software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work over night shift, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00 per hour
