**Medical Aesthetician Job Responsibilities**:

- Perform one-on-one expert Consultation with clients, promote and recommend appropriate treatment plan, setting realistic expectations and delivering exceptional results
- Assessing patients' areas of concern and recommending appropriate treatment plans
- Follow up care to clients and attention to any post treatment concerns
- Proper storage, administration, and inventory counts including injectables, as well as prescribed products, in accordance with company policies and guidelines
- Educating clients on skin care products and related treatment options
- Coordinating with staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service
- Effective and active promotional strategies and marketing on social media and other platforms
- promoting a warm, friendly, open and honest client experience
- Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Actively promote and sell Memberships to new clients and upsell treatments to existing ones
- Must be trained and certified to provide all medical aesthetics services as per treatments protocol including but not limited to IPL hair removal, Photofacial, Body contouring, Microneedling, and Medical grade facials.
- Recommend, demonstrate and sell our skincare products depending upon customer’s specific requirements and skin conditions
- Ensure consent forms are duly filled and signed before performing any treatment
- Accurately documenting and updating client’s profile in our CRM/EMR
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain 5 star client review/rating post-treatment
- Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, safety and infection control guidelines and standards
- Never argue with the customer and always engage a supervisor/center manager for any conflict resolution
- Strive your best to exceed personal and center’s revenue goals/objectives. Minimum output to hit 80% of weekly goals/objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of clinic cleanliness, ensure all work surfaces and equipments are cleaned as per safety and sanitary guidelines
- Prepare and maintain rooms and stations for various services
- Attend Clinic’s meetings and trainings as well as commits to outside continuing education
- Answer treatment related incoming phone calls and provide information
- Collaborate with the rest of the Clinic staff to track/manage inventory including all clinic products, supplies and brochures. Ensure stock levels are maintained and recorded.
- Assist with laundry and clinic cleaning. Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, welcoming colleagues and clients.
- Professional appearance to be aesthetically pleasing with emphasis on personal hygiene and grooming
- Participate in all aspects of marketing/social media events related to treatment/product videography, still photography, social media promotion for customer acquisition and content delivery
- Assist others and support new team members whenever asked
- Ensure business operations runs smoothly

**Aesthetician Requirements**:

- Official licensure to practice as an Aesthetician.
- 1+ years of industry experience.
- Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Trustworthy and Honest
- Up to date on all sanitizing regulations in Aesthetic industry, and it's a priority
- Great Customer care skills

**Job Type**:
Full-time and Part-time

**Salary**: Base of $20,000/year plus Commission. The commission structure means that you will get a portion of revenue from all of your services.
