We’re looking for a motivated Merchandising & In-Store activation Intern to join the Canadian team. Whether you’re a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful “hands on” work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Groupe Visual Merchandising Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic brands.

THE ROLE
In this role you will be exposed to wide range of merchandising & in-store marketing activities and cross-functional teams.

**You will primarily be responsible for**:
Managing P.O. creation and tracking for in-store execution
Creating and approving seasonal merchandising tools
Requesting seasonal wall, kit and fixtures codes by Brand
Collaborating with internal teams and various agencies in order to develop in-store/online creative materials, such as flyers, and digital ads
Managing execution of retailer programs & events, such as buying shows
Managing product sample orders and inventory
Supporting cross-functional teams with merchandising and marketing requests

**Qualifications/Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree - Administration /Business/Marketing
MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)

**Nice to have**: French language skills
