We are seeking an experienced VP of IT & Technology to lead and oversee the strategic development and implementation of IT and technology initiatives across our global organization. **How You’ll Be Contributing**:IT Strategy & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that supports both local and global business objectives.
- Align technology initiatives with the company's goals, driving digital transformation and operational efficiencies.

**Global IT Oversight**:

- Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and initiatives across multiple international locations.
- Ensure global systems and processes are standardized and aligned with the company’s vision.

**Innovation and Development**:

- Establish and build a high performing development team from the ground up to drive the development of innovative technology solutions that enhance business operations, customer experience and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design and deploy scalable solutions that support organizational growth and transformation.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure the team's success in delivering complex projects.

**Systems Implementation**:

- Spearhead the integration and implementation of new software systems across the business, improving overall operational efficiencies.
- Ensure robust data security, system uptime, and effective risk management.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders to identify business needs and technology solutions. Drive change and innovation by influencing and engaging various stakeholders across the organization.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure the optimization of IT operations and infrastructure, providing reliable support for warehousing, e-commerce, and CPG security.

**Compliance & Governance**:

- Maintain and enhance IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master's degree or equivalent would be an asset).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in multinational organizations within the CPG, e-commerce, or warehousing industries preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large IT teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated success in implementing complex enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and driving global IT initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen combined with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
- Experience working in both local and global environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); working knowledge of French is required.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating strong initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
