**Responsibilities**:
**You are critical to executing the Design Managers' vision for a client's home as it is prepared to be listed on the market.**

**Primary Role**
- Assist at walkthrough to take notes and photos to create project plan
- Assist in developing a project calendar
- Assist with client communication and approvals

**Trades**
- Source estimates and meet onsite
- Schedule trades
- Check ins on ongoing trade work

Design
- Assist in sourcing, pick up and delivery of fixtures, finishes and materials

Project Management
- Onsite work inspections and reports back to the trades and the Client Care Manager

Staging Management
- Assist in scheduling of staging crew
- Book photographer & home inspector

Other Design & Listing Management
- Schedule removal of staging

Job Qualifications:

- Past renovation or construction/project management experience
- Consistent commitment to customer service with a positive attitude in customer and team communications
- Warm and engaging personality, even under pressure
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong self-motivation and reliable follow-through
- Exceptional writing, communication skills and responsiveness
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to create and build relationships
- Commitment to our team-based approach and to supporting all members of our team
- Willingness to learn new tools, and approaches
- Open to constructive feedback and self-improvement
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

**Location: 1945 Queen Street East**

**Time Commitment: Full time Monday-Friday - with some after-hours availability depending on seasonality.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
