Office is located in Burnaby (near Skytrain Station) and nearby many amenities.

**Position: Administrative Coordinator**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reception and back up dispatch
- Asset/Device management (coordination and tracking of computers, phones, vehicles)
- Fleet management, support licensing, permitting, citations and other fleet operations
- Management of office supplies, inventory, negotiate vendors, and order supplies and materials
- Procurement activities
- Building organization & management of required maintenance/contractors/access codes
- Expenditure tracking and basic accounting functions
- Coordination of WorkSafe, permitting, business licenses & other certifications
- Provide backup/support for other administrative staff
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and payments related to the work; and maintains office supplies
- New employee data capture and assisting with onboarding

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Punctual and reliable
- Technically savvy (Proficient with Microsoft Office products)
- Positive, upbeat
- Is team oriented, team experience
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time-management and organizational skills
- Self-starter
- You have a keen attention to detail
