Stock Trade Analyst

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work with the trading desk, clients, counsel and operations teams to settle primary and secondary loan trades
- Create trades and confirm the details of trades created in Clear par match trader's browser in Star
- Prepare and review the LSTA/LMA standard documents including Trade Confirms, Assignment Agreements, Participation agreements and Multilateral Agreements
- Coordinate among counterparts and administrative agents, the review and execution of all trade documents necessary for closing
- Prepare and review pricing prior to settlement
- Prepare closing package for BPSS
- Monitor and manage high volumes of loan closings, update data in systems and perform reconciliations between Star and Sentry and Clear par and Star
- Investigate and resolve closing and transactional breaks/issues in a timely manner
- Monitor trader’s position between Star and Sentry
- Communicate and escalate any trade issues to management and the trading desk
- Read and interpret Credit Agreements and Amendments
- Maintain a high level of customer service with quick response times and accurate information (both internally and externally)
- Participate in weekly team meeting with supervisor in UK/New York
- Report status of unsettled trades and key risk indicators to management weekly
- Take part in different projects under the supervision of Manager
- Contribute directly to the Permanent Operational Control by identifying operational risks
- Preparing of Non-Disclosure Agreements and distribution of confidential information if in UK group.
**KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance obtained within the last 12 months
- Excel skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $41.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
