As a
Claims Analyst (Disability and Critical Illness)
, you will play a key role in handling claims that require in-depth analysis. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving disability and critical illness claim files.

As a
Claims Analyst (Disability and Critical Illness)
, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Dive into disability and critical illness claim files to extract all relevant details;
- Provide appropriate follow-ups, in writing or by phone, to claimants and partners;
- Draft denial letters with tact and precision and make denial calls;
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge;
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to meet their needs.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma or bachelor's degree related to the health field;
- Is recognized for teamwork, customer service, and the ability to navigate ambiguity;
- Demonstrates strong analytical and synthesis skills and can work under pressure;
- Possesses solid decision-making abilities;
- Shows autonomy and organizational skills;
- Has advanced proficiency in French, as the role involves analyzing claims and performing written and telephone follow-ups with French-speaking clients, hospitals, and collaborators daily;
- Has advanced proficiency in English, as the role involves analyzing claims and performing written and telephone follow-ups with English-speaking clients, hospitals, and collaborators daily;
- Is highly familiar with the GREG system.
