**As the Marketing Director**, you have a dynamic skill set to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely alongside the CEO to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The **primary focus will be on getting all marketing things done on time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the CEO / CMO & Creative Director to contribute to the development of the overarching marketing & communication strategies and objectives, translating them into actionable plans for execution and executing such plans
- Drives as the anchor of the marketing team to plan, develop and execute fully integrated and strategic marketing campaigns that support on-going business needs and growth, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders
- Collaborates with the team to drive omni channel marketing & communication initiatives including digital, print, OOH, billboards, Infomercials, PR and broadcast.
- Leverage your experience working with scaling companies to oversee and contribute to the full funnel marketing plans
- Align with team to rapidly track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, quickly identify areas for optimization and implement continuous and incremental improvement regularly and frequently.

**Qualifications / Proven Abilities**:

- 10+ years of experience in a marketing role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in consumer goods
- Proven 5+ years of track record of leading marketing team in North America, developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Master's degree in marketing or related field from a reputed University
- Experience working with fast growing companies, navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth
- Deep understanding of multiple marketing channels and tactics
- Strong leadership and communication skills with high EQ
- Must have strong problem solving skills, a mindset of continuous incremental improvements, be agile, highly self-motivated, personally & professionally resilient and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of consumer trends, customer journey, insights, passion points and media content consumption behaviors
- Must be capable of planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments

**Additional Information**:
**Annual Salary**

**$150,000 - $200,000 based on relevant experience and skills**
