As we charge into fall and close out a busy summer, we’re looking for a **full-time Manager** to lead our small but mighty team and help us build on everything our community loves.

**Who We’re Looking For**

You're someone who leads from the front — not the office. You're hands-on, positive, and invested in both team morale and guest experience. You hustle when it’s busy, stay calm under pressure, and hold high standards without losing the fun and flavour of a great service shift.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team during service
- Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and customer-first hospitality
- Train, schedule, and support staff to ensure consistency and accountability
- Uphold company policies and food safety standards
- Monitor day-to-day operations, costs, inventory, and staffing needs
- Ensure we maintain our strong community reputation with every guest interaction
- Previous leadership experience in a café, catering, or quick-service environment
- A strong sense of initiative and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- A love of good food and genuine hospitality

**How to Apply**

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
