**In a typical day, YOU will**:
- Opens and processes new credit accounts
- Collects and follows-up on customers’ accounts
- Releases orders on credit hold
- Reconciles accounts
- Handles customers credit limits
- Issues weekly reports
- Supports other employees within the department
**Must-haves for this role**:
- Post High School diploma combined with a minimum of five years’ experience in credit
- Excellent knowledge of MS office; excel intermediate level
- SAP an asset
- Knowledge of accounting and legal aspects of credit

- Ouvre et traite les nouveaux comptes de crédit
- Perçoit et effectue un suivi des comptes clients
- Débloque des commandes placées en suspens de crédit
- Conciliation des comptes
- Gère les privilèges de crédit des clients
- Émet des rapports hebdomadaires
- Apporte un soutien aux autres employés du service
**Les compétences requises pour ce poste**:
- Diplôme d'études post secondaire combiné à un minimum de cinq années d’expérience en crédit
- Excellentes connaissances des logiciels MS office; excel niveau intermédiaire
- Connaissances de SAP, un atout
- Connaissance de la comptabilité et du droit relatif au crédit
