We are currently hiring for a Shipping and Receiving Administrator.
- Greet incoming carriers, receive and direct incoming call as well as directing trucks the appropriate loading/unloading bays
- Invoicing and liaising with customers and carriers to provide required support and information
- Data entry of all order information into TMW and other systems including customer websites
- Complies, enters and maintains inventory control utilizing warehouse/inventory management system
- Knowledge of techniques for document control, tracking, distribution and follow ups
- Support customers, respond to inquiries, investigate complaints
- Verifies accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Set up and monitor accounts of selected customers
- Perform routine data entry and other office support activities including creating, sorting, photocopying and filing documents
- Receive and scan order confirmation sheets
