**Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating couriers and freight carriers
- Preparing shipments for transport
- Receive all incoming goods by inspecting, counting and verifying packing slip
- Prepare and print shipping labels based on the customers preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package
- Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor and/or purchasing personnel
- Moving skids, load and unload trucks using manual and electric pallet cart
- Track inventory and report any shortages
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Recording all activities in company CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow proper safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order tracking
- Must be willing to operate manual and electric pallet truck
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of international shipping requirements preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be a strong team player, and have great communication skills

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
