**About us**

Crossroads Magnetic Hill Irving is currently the newest ANBL Agency location in the Moncton area.

**Duties**:

- **Provide excellent customer service to all clients**
- Supervise and lead a team of clerks in daily operations
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure efficient cashiering and cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management team
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and meet targets
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Stocking can consist of repetitive lifting, carrying boxes up to and may exceed 30lbs. Pushing carts of products to restock shelves and any other duties related to the restocking of the business.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks and computer systems
- Sales experience is a plus

The sucessfull applicant will have full availability to work shifts from opening to closing on weekdays, weekends and all holidays.

**Current criminal record check required.**

**Reliability is a must.**

**Must be minimum 19 years of age.**

**Must have reliable transportation to and from the location starting from 5:45am to midnight as required, 7 days a week. Public transportation is not available during these times.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
