**Second Real Estate Photographer & Videographer (Contractor Role)**

**Location**: Grey & Bruce Counties - including Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Wiarton, Tobermory, and surrounding communities
Independent Contractor (Part-Time, On-Call)
**Compensation**: Hourly - rate based on experience
**Vehicle**: Provided for travel to shoots

With growing demand, we are hiring a contractor that would be a second Real Estate Photographer & Videographe**r** to support our listings and community/lifestyle content strategy.

**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a creative and reliable content professional to shoot homes, waterfronts, events, and team-related lifestyle content. If you thrive in a fast-paced, story-driven environment and love variety in your projects, this role is for you. You’ll be provided with all necessary equipment and a vehicle for travel. Editing is required by the contractor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Photograph and film residential, rural, waterfront, farm, luxury properties etc
- Shoot lifestyle/listing videos and community content, including events, business features, and agent reels
- Organize, edit, and upload photo/video files to shared folders according to brand standards
- Handle provided equipment with professionalism and care
- Use provided calendar system to coordinate shoot times and deadlines
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistency across all content
- Attend community events for candid and brand-forward coverage

**Requirements**:

- Proven portfolio of photo and video projects (real estate preferred)
- Strong visual composition, lighting, and audio recording skills
- Confident using DSLR camera, gimbal, and audio gear and drone.
- Reliable, proactive, and professional — able to manage time and tasks with mínimal oversight
- Comfortable traveling throughout Grey & Bruce ( vehicle provided)
- Basic editing skills in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
- Drone license is required
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends

**Compensation & Structure**
- **Hourly pay** (rate based on experience, role starts part-time with growth potential)
- Weekly hours fluctuate depending on listing volume and event needs
- Editing time is included and tracked in the hourly rate
