**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the PEI location, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of OHS professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Implement and maintain OHS programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the consultancy's reach and enhance its service offerings.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the consultancy, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Identify and address any operational challenges, proactively implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and developments, incorporating best practices into the consultancy's operations and services.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a managerial role within the Occupational Health and Safety industry.
- In-depth knowledge of OHS regulations and compliance standards in Prince Edward Island.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing OHS programs and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively train and educate employees on safety procedures
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify potential hazards and develop effective solutions
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety regulations and accurately document incidents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve safety goals

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
