**Key Responsibilities**:

- Repair radio remote control system products and circuit boards
- Assist our customers to troubleshoot products
- Assist in processing return material authorizations and service repair requests
- Write failure analysis reports for warranty claims and service requests
- Work with the Production and Product Development teams to recommend improvements to our products.

**Required knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technologist Degree
- General or advanced knowledge of radio technology is a nice to have
- Ability to read schematics and carry out repairs on printed circuit boards
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute positively to the team environment
- Willingness and desire to learn and improve
