**SUMMARY**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure health and safety practices are adhered to.
- Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
- Organize and supervise foreman and electricians to meet project goals, timelines and performance expectations in an effective and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders; define project scope, deliverables and requirements.
- Manage costs, risk management and quality control of projects.
- Determine resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Identify project risks, develop, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Prepare change orders with changes to scope of work.
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders. This includes site visits to communicate with GCs, mechanical contractors, site supers and other forepersons
- Provide labour and material estimates for new projects.
- Prepare accurate project proposals and estimates and follow up on quoted work.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Responsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure projects and estimates are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements. Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- 3+ years’ experience in Building Automation (BAU) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) technology in construction industry
- 5-10 Years electrical experience in a construction, retro fit environment.
- Strong knowledge of building electrical, and mechanical systems
- Solid knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Great attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Must have excellent conflict resolution, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Valid drivers licence.

**Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation**
- Journeyperson Electrician license 309A. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or working toward.
