**Day in the life of**a Bilingual Customer Support Representative**:

- Identify and support sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and lead nurturing.
- Maintain performance standards including AHT, Call Quality, and First Call Resolution.
- Accurately complete administrative tasks and document customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must be proficient in English and French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with soft sales techniques and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Full-time, permanent availability to work in our Pickering, ON office
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
