**La Maison Gia | House of Gia** is a community-rooted wellness space located in the West Island of Montreal that offers mindful movement classes (reformer Pilates, yoga, barre, mat), holistic events, health professionals, and health bar experiences — all guided by intention, community, and soul.

We’re currently seeking a **Leadership Support & Assistant** to work directly alongside our founder — a deeply involved, heart-centered entrepreneur — to help the business run smoothly, grow intentionally, and stay aligned with its greater vision.

This is a **multi-dimensional role** that goes far beyond admin work — it’s for someone who is highly dependable, emotionally mature, and eager to grow into a long-term leadership position within a fast-evolving wellness brand.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Support the day-to-day operations of the founder and the studio
- Help oversee studio flow, team performance, and task completion
- Keep internal systems, schedules, and communication organized
- Handle client inquiries, studio issues, and shift coverage as needed
- Manage delegated tasks and help drive special projects forward
- Maintain a grounded and professional tone on behalf of the studio
- Anticipate needs and bring solutions to problems that arise

- Are comfortable handling tough conversations with team members when needed
- You’re a fast learner, organized thinker, and deeply reliable

- You thrive in creative, fast-paced, and heart-led environments
- You’re available on-call (monday to sunday) and flexible to jump in when needed
- Have experience in wellness, boutique fitness, or hospitality
- Have a car and live near the West Island
