**What You’ll Do**:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our residential properties. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, including:

- Performing general maintenance and upkeep at residential properties, as well as conducting preventative maintenance.
- Renovating residential units, including tasks such as painting, flooring, and updating kitchens, windows, doors, and bathrooms.
- Utilizing ladders and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
- Address tenant requests regarding maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation using the company’s maintenance operations software.
- Manage a portion of after-hours emergency calls, ensuring prompt and effective response to critical issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- High school diploma (required).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for daily work-related travel (preferred).
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks and the safe use of power tools (required).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, stay accountable for performance, and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Clean driving record and a valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments, with the physical capability to lift moderately heavy loads and the problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing projects on time with exceptional attention to detail.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience
- 3 weeks paid vacation
