We are seeking a full-time Technical Product/Service Associate to join our team. **What You Will Do**:
As Technical Warehouse and Fulfillment associate, you’ll be working in our distribution or/and technical service facility in the Burnaby area.
- **Receiving**: Receive incoming shipments of electric bike components, accessories, and other related items. Verify the accuracy of received shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Unload and properly store incoming inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- **Storage**: Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and easy accessibility to products. Utilize inventory management systems to accurately record inventory levels and locations.
- **Sorting**: Sort incoming inventory based on product type, model, and other relevant criteria. Prepare products for quality checking and fulfillment by ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- **Quality Checking**: Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming inventory to ensure that products meet company standards for functionality, appearance, and safety. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- **Fulfillment**: Prepare customer orders for shipping by picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications. Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before they are dispatched for delivery.
- **Shipping**: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Prepare shipping documents and labels in compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor shipment tracking information and communicate any delays or issues to customers as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any discrepancies or inventory-related challenges.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper procedures for handling and storing hazardous materials, if applicable. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements related to shipping and storage.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or inventory management strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with electric bikes or related products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow instructions from supervisors.

**Working Conditions**:
This position is based in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to various weather conditions and temperature extremes. The role may require frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of heavy objects. The Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak shipping periods and special projects.

**Physical Requirements and Special Demands**:

- Required standing or sitting for several hours straight at a time
- Frequently bend and twist throughout the day
- Regularly lift over 48 lbs

**What You Bring**:

- Good knowledge of workshop equipment, parts interpretation, and electrical/mechanical inventory
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic and attendance are essential; This is a fast paced production/warehouse environment.
- Prior experience working in a service department or customer-facing role is preferred
- High level of competence in oral and written communication, with computer/smartphone literacy for supervising customer ticketing systems
- A passion for bikes, micro-mobility, tech, and for reducing the environmental impact of the transportation industry
