**What You Will Do**:

- General Office Support activities such as answering phones, electronic filing, scanning, ordering supplies and organizing meetings
- Complete basic Order Entry in reference to Job Masters
- Updating/Maintaining Customer master data information for billing
- Complete billing as per Customer billing requirements, including submitting to Portals (Open Invoice, Cortex, Ariba, Actian, GEP Smart,Jobutrax etc)
- Support Customers to resolve disputes or rejected Invoices
- Monitor Accounts Receivable with Supervisory Assistance
- Solves problems in situations where most problems have occurred before and their solutions are familiar.

**Position Details**:

- Work week: Monday to Friday.
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this position.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-6 months relevant experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative role.
- Experience in ERP system or SAP preferred.
