- Great team leader and coach. Prior supervisory experience very beneficial

- Reliable team member who genuinely cares about their customers and coworkers

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
- Empower team members, take initiative & achieve results
- Help customers find what they need, make suggestions and process sales
- Ensure the store is bright and inviting. Assist with merchandising displays and promotions
- Coach junior staff and help build a fun and rewarding team environment
- Opening and closing the store during scheduled shifts
- Responsible to assist Manager with payroll, scheduling, customer requests and daily operations
- Inventory management is a priority including re-stocking the store

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banff, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
