Auto Body Technician

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assess damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs needed for restoration.
- Perform bodywork, including repairing dents, scratches, and structural damage.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Remove and replace damaged parts such as doors, hoods, and fenders.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in a dealership or repair shop setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in auto body work.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of vehicle body structure and repair techniques.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
