Turtle Bay IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Entry-Level Computer Technician with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. As a Computer Technician, you will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT projects for our clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to document and track all support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system optimizations.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and software licenses.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably in an IT services environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows and/or macOS).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset but NOT a requirement.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
