With our continued expansion, we are looking for driven and results-oriented Independent Sales Agents to join our team and play a key role in growing our merchant network.

**Role Overview**

As an Independent Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Universal Payment’s payment processing services to businesses in your territory. This is a commission-based role with the potential for significant earnings based on your performance. You will work independently, leveraging your network and sales skills to onboard new merchants and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard new merchants to use Universal Payment’s payment processing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services.
- Promote Universal Payment’s solutions, including POS devices and payment processing services, to businesses in your assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in payment processing or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the payment processing industry and merchant needs is an asset.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline of prospects.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
