**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with operational leads to develop and implement efficient operational plans and schedules.
- Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Set up and maintain an inventory management system to track and monitor inventory levels accurately.
- Streamline Operations purchasing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize fundamental tools and software, including NetSuite and CMMS, to support Operations.
- Create, monitor, and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain activities to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using fundamental tools for planning, managing inventory, and streamlining purchasing processes.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or CMMS software is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Annual Salary: $70,000 -$80,000 CAD
