Rags 2 Riches Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company committed to excellence, professionalism, and delivering outstanding service to every client. We're looking for a dependable and organized operations coordinator to join our team.

The Role

This is a critical role for the survival and growth of Rags 2 Riches Cleaning Services as it is responsible for logistical support, inventory control, minor equipment maintenance, and facility management. You will be the backbone of our supply chain and equipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Manage ordering, tracking, and organizing all cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure ideal stock levels.
  • Communicate weekly with the cleaning staff to accurately assess and fulfill supply requirements.
  • Execute weekly supply run to provide the cleaning staff with the necessary support and resources to effectively do their tasks.

·Logistics and Preparation

  • Efficiently prepare a large quantity of goods by refilling laundry jugs and bottles using product mixes.
  • Perform general company errands and logistical tasks as required.

·Equipment Readiness and Maintenance

  • Regularly clean and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
  • Communicate with the maintenance technician or external vendors/suppliers to ensure repairs of the equipment such as vacuums, carpet attachments, etc.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records service records, documentation, and inventory levels of products and materials.

· Facility Management & Upkeep

  • Ensure the office space is consistently clean and organized.
  • Nice-to-have skills: outside maintenance such as grass trimming, snow removal and ice melt.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and pro-active problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to facilitate a team
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail such as data entry and project tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
