The role will provide information management and technology services to IT development projects within Environment and Protected Areas related to water and digital regulatory assurance. The activities can range from providing strategic planning, facilitating partnerships with external stakeholders, and working with leaders to identify and advance IMT projects.

**Must have: 10 years of Experience**
- Experience in the development and implementation of data platforms, governance standards, processes, and mechanisms to enable organizations to manage information through its entire lifecycle.
- Experience preparing and implementing government-wide strategies and/or mandates on data transformation initiatives.
- Experience working on agile software development and modern, service design based product delivery comparable in size and complexity for a large organization such as state, provincial, or federal government or a private company with 5,000 or more employees or for a startup or small business addressing a complex challenge at scale.
- Extensive experience in the Data Governance discipline.
- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
- Experience developing all of the following: service blueprints, journey maps, prototype designs, business plans, program plans, strategic plans, tactical plans, operational plans, communication plans and road-maps
- Experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems with a specific focus on the management of multiple data sources, web services, and legacy IT solutions.
- Experience in the development of information management or related types of policies, standards and practices
- Experience with Information Governance, or records management and information management.

- DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Other certifications directly applicable to this position
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
