**Job Title: Head Cleaner**

**Requirements**:

- The Head Cleaner is required to transport all supplies to work sites that are necessary to perform the job. Thus, for this position a personal vehicle with a G license is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all cleaning tasks and ensure the quality of all cleans.
- Oversee additional cleaners on-site as required, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to help the company grow and succeed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience is required.
- Experience in both residential and commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and direct a team of 1-2 other cleaners.

**Role Description**:As the Head Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks individually and overseeing additional cleaners when working on larger projects. Your main focus will be ensuring the quality of all cleans and maintaining positive relations with clients and co-workers. You will play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed in a timely fashion, meeting our fast-paced environment's demands. Safety standards for the use of cleaning solutions must be followed at all times.

**Work Environment**:The work environment is fast-paced, and you will need to complete cleans within designated time-slots to meet client expectations. Areas we currently service include, but are not limited to, residential homes, office spaces, clinical units, apartment units, apartment buildings, etc.

**Shift Structure**:Shifts are scheduled based on client bookings. Thus, willingness to perform split shifts are a common occurrence and a requirement of this position.

**Reporting Structure**:The Head Cleaner will report directly to the administrative team and company owners.

**Compensation**:This position offers a starting wage of $20-22 per hour based on experience. There is room for performance-based growth.
