**Now Hiring: Technical Trainer - Commercial Transport Technicians**

Are you an experienced **Commercial Transport Technician** with a passion for teaching and mentoring? Do you want to share your expertise and help shape the next generation of skilled technicians? If so, we want **YOU** to join our team as a **Technical Trainer**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and deliver hands-on training programs for heavy-duty mechanics
- Train employees/customers on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair techniques for trucks, heavy equipment, and diesel engines
- Create engaging workshops, manuals, and instructional materials
- Stay updated on the latest industry standards, tools, and technologies
- Assess training effectiveness and provide mentorship to trainees

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Certified Commercial Transport Technician** (Red Seal preferred or equivalent)
- MVI Inspector Credential
- Extensive hands-on experience with diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Strong ability to explain complex mechanical concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Experience in training, mentoring, or instructional design is a plus
- Passion for safety, basic first aid, precision, and continuous learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
