ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services is a community based, charitable, Not-For-Profit health organization providing supportive care to families in Huron and Perth Counties as well as the surrounding area.

**We are currently seeking a full time, permanent Program Coordinator for the Dual Role of Nutrition and Wellness.**

**SUMMARY**:
The Program Coordinator reports to the Community Support Services Supervisor and is responsible for the regular operational delivery of an assigned program. The program Coordinator ensures all related policies and procedures are followed. They will be responsible for client enrolment and responding to client feedback (compliments and concerns) and operation problems in cooperation with the Supervisor. The coordinator will maintain related materials and supplies. The coordinator may recommend changes and/or improvements in assigned programs. They will maintain statistical data and prepare regular reports. The position will include transferring to different community programs with focus on our nutrition and wellness departments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College Diploma in a program related to business, community programming, community, health services, nutrition, or recreation would be considered an asset.
- 2-3 years of related experience is an asset.
- Strong proficiency and working knowledge of varying programs such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft office.
- Demonstrates problem solving capabilities, assess situations, sets priorities, and decision making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, detail oriented, and time management skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
- Ability to travel to various locations across Huron and Perth Counties is required.
