**Qualifications**
- _**Previous Experience is Required**_
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
- Previous Sales experience is required
- OMVIC License is required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
- Strong communication and organization skills are an asset
- Strong math skills are an asset

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with financing options and insurance products
- Calculate loan payments and present financing options to customers
- Negotiate financing terms with financial institutions to secure the best rates for customers
- Review and explain financing contracts and insurance policies to customers
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless vehicle purchasing experience for customers
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficient in math calculations and financial analysis
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable financing terms for customers
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of financial services, including loans, leases, and insurance products
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
