- **Financial Analyst **position for our office located in Richmond, BC. (Hybrid with 2 days working in the office). The position will be reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. The Financial Analyst supports business decision making in all areas of the company by providing efficient reporting and insightful data-driven analytics. Also, the Financial Analyst will support the development and maintenance of all selling prices margin analysis.Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:

**esponsibilities**Timely delivery of financial and operational reports and dashboards.
-Continuously monitor retail sales data to proactively identify sales trends, opportunities and/or risks.
-Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package preparation
-Support development and maintenance of selling prices for multiple product lines and SKU’s
-Prepare historical and prospective gross margin reports and analysis at the product, product line, and business unit levels
-Monitor and analyze product and distribution cost inputs, including raw materials, packaging, labor, freight, and manufacturing overhead
-Design, develop and implement new and ad hoc reports as required
-Responsible for data management and extraction from various systems ensuring accuracy and integrity of the reporting systems.
-Support presentations to Senior Management, and work on special projects and ad-hoc duties as required.
**Qualifications**2+ years of financial analysis and management reporting experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Commerce
-Experience with MS SQL, Power BI or other data analytics tools
-Experience in financial modelling and forecasting
-Recognized as a self-starter with attention to detail and an expert at managing large amounts of data efficiently
-Sought out for your ability to deep-dive into financial details, synthesize data into findings, and present and communicate recommendations in a clear and straightforward manner
-Valued as a collaborative partner who builds strong working relationships across diverse teams and is able to influence others at all levels
-Respected for taking ownership of the deliverables and driving continuous process improvement by engaging and consulting with our partners
-Skillful at managing multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
