**Summary**

The Food Service and Central Stores Supervisor will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of park within the Food Services Department. Shipping and receiving experience are considered an asset as well as a previous customer’s service experience. The Food Service Central Stores Supervisor reports directly to the Food Service Manager and the General Manager. The Central stores Supervisor will support the Food Services Manager and Senior Supervisor by receiving all shipment goods associated with Food Services. This person must deliver all requested items associated with food services to the five food locations

Supervisory experience is required. This position will support also support with managing all food service staff during the operational season. The Food Service Supervisor must implement both directive and supportive leadership styles to ensure the growth of their department. At the core of this position, the Food Services Supervisor must maintain the company core vision and values.

**Job Duties**
- Receive and stores all goods associated with F&B operation of the park, ensuring that the highest level of food safety is practiced at all times
- Process all internal requisition forms and deliver them to the specified locations.
- Complete daily inventory of Par levels at all food locations
- Drop all copies of packing slips, internal invoices, and requisition forms to the F&B manager at the end of each shift
- Assist the Food Service Manager and Senior Supervisor with supervising and operating the five food locations.
- Perform spot checks on all product that is delivered and reports any discrepancies to management
- Execute daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain general cleanliness of areas for orderly performance
- Assist the Food Service Manager with placing orders
- Weekly inventory of Central stores
- Accepts any added responsibilities that may be asked throughout their employment with Safari Niagara to support other departmental initiatives
- One to three years Food and Beverage supervisory experience considered as asset.
- Ability to manage multiple food locations.
- Proficiency with IT and POS systems and advanced computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Cash handling experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- First Aid, CPR-C, Safe Food Handling, Smart Serve and Workplace Health and Safety certification are considered an asset.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, indoor/outdoor.
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs
- High pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
