Our full service, 10-bay facility is located at 2776 Stevensville Road, right next to Tim Hortons & Meridian Credit Union. We offer a full line of brand name tires for cars and light trucks from top manufacturers like Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Pirelli, Cooper, Yokohama, and more. Our team of Apprentices and Technicians provide a wide range of services repairs and maintenance to all types of vehicles.

We are proud to provide ongoing support to our local community by working with the Fort Erie Hospital, the Lions Club, Kinsmen, local churches, and Minor Sports.

**What you bring to the role**
- High school and/or relevant post graduate courses
- Valid driver’s license
- 2-3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experiences in a Tire Shop or Dealership
- High standard of customer service, greeting and welcoming customers into our shop
- Able to book appointments & customer follow-up
- Able to create quotes for tire/wheel & mechanical repairs
- Able to create quotes for tire/wheel & mechanical repairs. Ensure timely follow up with customers and technicians. Maintain records of customer approvals
- Able to create work orders. Provide customers with recommended services and cost based on vehicle status report. Maintain records of customer approvals
- Knowledge of ordering & receiving of parts onto work orders. Liaising with Technicians and Parts Department to ensure accuracy of items ordered for repairs
- Able to efficiently close work orders, ensuring all details are included in the file as required, keeping customers abreast of progress
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team atmosphere
- Strong work ethics and integrity
- Other duties as assigned
- Available to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm as well as a rotating schedule on Saturdays.
