This is **not** a passive role. You will be expected to sell, communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and represent multiple brands with confidence and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Actively engage prospective customers and clients across channels (in-person, phone, events, digital).
- Promote products and services clearly, accurately, and persuasively.
- Generate leads, close sales, and support ongoing client relationships.
- Track inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups using internal systems.
**Brand Representation**
- Serve as a consistent, professional brand representative across all companies.
- Maintain brand tone, messaging, and values in every interaction.
- Represent the organization at events, pop-ups, promotional activities, and client meetings.
**Customer Experience**
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales.
- Handle questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining client trust.
**Cross-Functional Support**
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Provide on-the-ground feedback on customer sentiment and market opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, launches, and promotions.
**Required Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience** (retail, service-based, B2B, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, brand ambassador, or retail roles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and adaptable personality
- Ability to understand and represent multiple brands simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong time management and accountability
- Comfortable with performance expectations and targets
- **Ability to successfully pass a criminal record check**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience** (retail, service-based, B2B, or equivalent)Event or promotional experience
- Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license (asset, depending on assignments)
