**The job involves**:

- Preparing all dishes from raw to finished state
- Rotating stock, receiving orders and storing product
- Adhering to strict cleanliness standards as you complete your assigned tasks
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, move equipment and other items as needed
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in fine dining/4 Diamond restaurants
- Good knife handling skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
