If you have a sunny, energetic, "I CAN" attitude and are focused on customer service and ensuring people get their treatment, then read on **BENEFITS TO YOU** - Excellent wages based upon dental experience and attitude - Individual Cash Bonuses - Medical Health benefits AND drug plan for you and your family - Onsite and offsite office-paid continuing education - Flexible schedule **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Triple vaccinated a requirement - Answer all phone calls and respond to inquiries - Effectively and professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the office - Schedule appointments - Take payments - Submitting insurance claims through our dental program. - Ensure proper patient follow-up - Serve as a point of contact for various inquiries - Other administrative duties as assigned - Advanced duties may include Hygiene/Recall Coordinating and Treatment Planning and more depending on your level of dental expertise - Supporting the clinical team **QUALIFICATIONS** - Cdn Dental field formal training (CDA or RDH) or 3 years Cdn experience required - EXCELLENT communication skills - Fluency in English is a must - Outstanding customer service skills - Professional telephone manner - EXCELLENT Computer skills/typing skills a must - Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset - Self starting AND hard working - Friendly - You are a people person **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay COVID-19 considerations: We meet or exceed all COVID precautions.
