No experience is required We’re seeking a fast learner who is eager to grow with us. At Junctionwest Dental, we prioritize internal growth through continuous training and learning opportunities. As part of your journey with us, we will provide training to help you become a Treatment Coordinator.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient use of appointment slots
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain patient records
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries
- Collaborate with dental staff to support patient flow and office operations
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a dental receptionist role not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dentrix experience is an asset
- Must be fluent in English
