Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train cashiers in daily operations, including cash handling, customer service, and store policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and efficient cashier transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing change.
- Monitor and maintain cash registers, ensuring they are properly stocked with cash and change.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with store management to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations for cashiers and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail management is required.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
