The Ross Firm runs a paperless, cloud-based practice. The real estate team covers southwestern Ontario and beyond, including our six offices in Goderich, Stratford, Kincardine, Port Elgin, Owen Sound and Walkerton.
Remote work options are available.
The main responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to:
Carriage of and responsibility for managing residential and commercial real estate transactions, financial transactions, land use planning matters and other real property matters, and includes assisting developers and other private sector clients and municipalities.
The Ross Firm values our licensees and our professional staff. We have implemented a 4-day work week as well as a defined benefit pension plan. These programs complement our existing benefit coverage and fitness contribution plans. The Ross Firm offers a hybrid work schedule, with a work from home option one day per week, or more if needed. Remuneration structure is flexible and will account for experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
