Jim Pattison Subaru on Regent is hiring for a full-time Parts & Service Attendant to join our team

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, you will be passionate about providing a welcoming and exceptional customer experience for our clients. The Parts Attendant is responsible for helping out in the Parts & Service Department. You will also be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, inside and out for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Parts & Service Department in a variety of duties around the dealership.
- Listen customers’ reasons for requesting certain parts and accessories.
- Offer appropriate parts or accessories to satisfy customer requirements.
- Provide accurate quotes for all parts labour or accessories recommended.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Efficiently provide parts to technicians for vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Contact potential new wholesale customers and ask for business.
- Ensure inventory is accurately maintained.
- Ensuring the car wash bay is clean and all spills are cleaned up quickly.
- Preparing and prioritizing vehicles for detailing.
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor while performing duties around the dealership and assisting clients.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with ease.
- Ability to multi-task and keep organized in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in all work and communication.
- Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in operating both manual and standard transmissions is an asset.
