**Retail Products & Furniture Associate - TK HOME, Richmond Hill**

TK HOME is a General Merchandise Warehouse Retailer. Growing at an expeditious rate TK HOME is opening another location in the SouthHill Shopping Center in Richmond Hill.

We are looking to create a DIVERSE team of EXPERIENCED retail employees; who will maintain their respective departments and work collaboratively to ensure the entirety of the store is organized and tidy at all times, at every passing.
- What you'll do as RETAIL PRODUCTS& FURNITUREASSOCIATE_
- Heavy lifting
- Ensure organization of sales floor
- Move furniture from trucks to furniture department
- Ensure Furniture and Mattresses are always organized and in a visually appealing layout
- Ensure all products are
- Bring products out in shopping carts from warehouse onto sales floor
- Bring shopping cart to respective isle and place products in correct location
- Bringing forth ideas on reorganization of departments & isles for store productivity
- Experienced use of pallet jack within warehouse and retail environment

- Walk store floor to Assist customer concerns
- Test products for customers before their purchase to ensure satisfaction
- Walk the product isles - straighten boxes for visual presentation, place misplaced products in their correct isles
- Taking initiative to make minor-mid sized reorganization of isles based on current products

- Load organized clothing onto sales floor racks, shoes onto shelves (maintain tidy and organization fashion)
- Ensure extra hangers are taken off sales floor racks, Ensure clothing that is on the ground or on top of the racks is re-hung in the correct section

- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Be knowledgeable to answer questions regarding merchandise and all policies and procedures
- Provide information and recommendations on products and promotions
- Ensure clean visual presentation of products and clothing
- What you'll need_
- Proven role specific retail experience of 2+Years
- 2+ Years working in warehouse with Pallets and Pallet Jacks
- Heavy lifting of 50+lb
- High school education or equivalent work experience
- Real Customer Communication skills
- Punctual time management skills
- Inventory staging (clothing/products on shelves/furniture/floor layout) understanding
- Bilingual with English and any other language such as Spanish, Chinese, Farsi, is a plu

Note: This position will require the employee to preform duties not included in this description, assigned by the Store Manager

We are a fast-paced customer-centric organization. Our store is open 10am-7pm everyday. Our employees can have 2 days off per week. We pay overtime and statutory holidays. After 3 months of employment, employees are eligible for group benefits and performance-based-raise.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 54 per week
