**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Help customers find products and assist in making purchase decisions
- Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain the appearance of the sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the area clean
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and create a positive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience required
- Previous use of point of sale (POS) systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions
- A passion for fashion, accessories, and home decor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Fashion retail: 2 years (preferred)
